Become senior faculty

Senior faculty members are distinguished educators and leaders who play a pivotal role in advancing the JETS Workforce Programme.

Drawing on their extensive experience and subject expertise, they provide strategic guidance and mentorship across our teaching and development initiatives.

Working collaboratively with the programme team, senior faculty contribute to continuous process improvement via working groups, ensuring that our teaching methods, assessment practices, and learner experiences remain at the forefront of educational excellence. They also play a key role in virtual and face-to-face teaching innovation, supporting the integration of new processes and online learning approaches to enhance engagement and accessibility.

In addition, senior faculty are entrusted with the review and sign-off of new and developing faculty, maintaining the highest standards of instructional quality and professional competence across the programme.
