Level 2 - advanced endoscopy
Competencies for advanced endoscopy have been released
The JETS Workforce team is pleased to announce that the level 2 competencies for advanced practice in endoscopy are now available. This level focuses on the practical aspects of endoscopy which include caring for patients that are undergoing upper GI and lower GI procedures, including, ERCP, EMR, EUS, ESD, ERCP and emergency GI bleeds. To access the full list of sub competencies, you will need to have completed level 1 of the competencies before level 2 is available for completion.
To evidence the competencies, we have developed a new range of DOPS. Certain sub competencies will continue to require witness statements as evidence.
