ENDO3 course

Course overview

The ENDO3 course is a face-to-face management and leadership course designed to support leaders and managers in endoscopy. This complements the eLearning and competencies for level three.

The course will cover the below content:

The ENDO3 course is held face to face at the Royal College of Physicians offices in both London and Liverpool. Each course will start at 9.30am and finish at 16.30pm. The course content includes, open discussions, breakout rooms and group discussions. It is delivered by two members of the JETS Workforce faculty.

Please note when booking onto this course that your reservation will only be confirmed once payment has been made.

Is the course suitable for me?

This course is suitable for individuals who satisfy the below criteria (please note, this course is not aimed at doctors).

Leaders and managers in endoscopy (likely a band 6-7)

Course cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend an ENDO3 course, please let us know no less than 4 weeks before the course is due to take place as we can then transfer you to another course, if a space is available.

Cancellations made less than 4 weeks of the course will be charged the full attendance fee. If the cancellation is made within 2 weeks of the course there will also be a late cancellation fee of £20 per delegate which is to be paid before a new booking can be made.

Failure to attend the course on the scheduled date, will result in full payment being required. We are unable to transfer you to another course. You will need to book and pay to attend another course.

If you are unable to attend a course and wish for a colleague to attend in your place, please let the JETS Workforce team know at least 7 working days in advance. Their attendance can only be accepted once they have satisfied the requirements of the course, which includes the completion of eLearning materials.

Occasionally due to circumstances out of our control, the JETS Workforce team may need to cancel a course. In this instance all delegates will be given the opportunity to transfer to another course date, if there is one available. We will endeavour to provide at least 7 working days of notice before cancelling a course.
