Become ENDO3 faculty
ENDO3 faculty training pathway
Train the ENDO3 Faculty Trainer
Anyone wishing to become ENDO3 faculty must attend a Train the ENDO3 Faculty Trainer session run by the JETS Workforce Team.
The training:
Takes place virtually
Lasts a full day
Is offered when there is sufficient demand
Training dates are advertised through our website and newsletters with the next date to be confirmed for 2027.
If you can demonstrate the following skills, please submit an expression of interest:
Failure to show
If you are booked onto the faculty training session and fail to show without explanation, you will be provided with one additional opportunity to attend a future course. If you do not attend on the second instance, you will not be able to attend future dates.
Guidance for endoscopy academies
The ENDO3 course can now be delivered locally.
If you are a training centre, please ensure you are adding courses to your ‘course schedules’ page on JETS. Courses submitted to the JAG office will not be processed for training centres, these must be added directly to JETS.
If you would like to put forward individuals in your service or academy to become ENDO3 faculty, please ensure they fulfil the role requirements.
To run the ENDO3 course there must be two faculty who have been signed off to deliver the ENDO3 course. Signed off faculty will have:
Attended the ENDO3 faculty trainer session
Run an ENDO3 course with the guidance of the JETS Workforce clinical lead
Run a course independently for the JETS Workforce programme
To check your faculty’s status please get in touch.

Faculty cancellation policy
As an active ENDO3 faculty member, while we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, providing a significant amount of notice when you can no longer commit to a course is essential for our team to manage logistics effectively. ENDO3 courses involve significant face-to-face planning, travel arrangements, and accommodation costs, so there is a high impact caused by late cancellations.
Therefore, we ask for as much notice as possible with a minimum requirement of one week’s notice to allow us sufficient time to adjust logistics and find another available faculty member to step in your place.
Maintaining an open dialogue allows us to better support you and make proactive arrangements to ensure the course is still delivered as scheduled, so please let us know as soon as possible if you anticipate any potential scheduling conflicts as well.
To provide notice, please contact your course facilitator or get in touch.
